Join the Richmond Public Library for an event in paying tribute to Richmond's Black recreation & sports leaders who created a healthy and winning environment.

The event is scheduled for Thurs., Feb. 23 from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the Richmond City Council Chambers, 440 Civic Center Plaza in Richmond.
