The City of Richmond is developing the Hilltop Horizon Specific Plan to guide future development of a 145-acre area (see map below), that includes the former Hilltop regional shopping mall and areas immediately surrounding it to the south and east. We invite you to join us and share your input on this exciting and important project.

This Community Workshop #1 is scheduled for Tuesday, September 27, 2022, from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM and will be held via Zoom.
