Public Hearing: Homewood Suites Hotel Project

The Design Review Board of the City of Richmond will conduct a public hearing to consider the Homewood Suites hotel project located in the former Chevy's Restaurant on Garrity Way in Hilltop Richmond.

Study session to provide and receive comments on the design of a new 109-room five-story hotel on a 1.69 acre parcel.

Hearing date on the project is scheduled on Wednesday March 22, 2023 at 6:00 PM located in the Multi-Purpose Room, Community Services Building, Basement, 440 Civic Center Plaza, Richmond, CA.
