Annual Meeting Election for Communication Officer
We're going to hold our annual meeting on Nov 2nd.
We're scheduled to host an election for the Communication Officer Position for the Hilltop District Neighborhood Council. I'd like to thank Elaine Wong, who has served as the interim Communication Officer and has helped launched HDNC's first newsletter and website.
If you're interested in running for the position, please kindly send an email to hilltopdistrictrichmond@gmail.com by Friday, Oct 28th. Below are some of the duties:
a. The Communications officer shall maintain the HDNC’s Website/Social Media presence.
b. Shall serve as membership chairman.
c. Shall maintain the membership list and email distribution list.
d. Shall design programs to increase the membership of the HDNC.
You must be an active member of the HDNC. Membership is open to all residents and property owners within the boundaries of the HDNC and to those individuals with established business interests within the boundaries of Hilltop District.
