Hilltop Horizon Specific Plan - Community Workshop #2

The City of Richmond is developing the Hilltop Horizon Specific Plan to help guide future development of a 143-acre area that includes the former Hilltop regional shopping mall and the surrounding properties to the south and east.

Please join us for Community Workshop #2 which is scheduled for Wednesday, November 1, 2023, from 5:30 – 7:00 PM PST and will be held virtually via Zoom.

At this meeting, you will be able provide feedback on the draft land use alternatives that have been developed with community and stakeholder input. Your continued participation in this process will help shape housing and economic development opportunities in the plan area for many years to come! A raffle with prizes will be held for workshop participants!
